1) Eat whole foods – eat things that grow on trees and on the ground. Eat plenty of them and eat them all colors. Eating raw, cooked, eat, eat and eat as a snack as all meals.
2) Avoid processed foods – If you can buy at Walmart and comes in a box, there is a 80% probability that it is a rubbish heap or sugar … but above all it will have both.
3) eat healthy fats – those who avoid fats like olive oil and avocados are missing in life if you ask me. Fat does not fattened anyone and never will.
4) Eat fruit – Eat all you want of your favorite fruits. Does this mean that you can have 500 oranges per day? No, no fruit sugar after all, but eating a normal amount never going to hurt you.
