Gaining weight and losing weight is an obsession of millions. Some people even starve themselves to avoid gaining weight. When you do this, of course, it’s an eating disorder which results in starvation of the internal organs and the brain. Think of this in the most basic of terms: The body must have fuel to operate, and food is the source of the fuel.
